Eddie Bright Jr.
Global Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Eddie Bright Jr currently the Global CEO and Chairman of HCM Staffing and Consulting Group, a River Capital Group company. HCM is a minority and veteran certified supplier, Eddie a former USMC Officer, serves as CEO supporting and expanding his extensive relationships within corporate leadership organizations supporting IT and Business Supply paradigms globally, alongside HCM offerings in diversity, inclusion, parity and equity services and training. Prior to this role, Eddie was CEO of ApTask, a global IT Staffing Company, leading ApTask through a 4-year period of unequalled industry setting growth. Eddie also served as Managing Director/EVP of IT Solutions of the Solomon Page Group over a period 14 years. He is married to Kay Marshall Bright and has one son Brandon.
Ibrahim Jackson
Managing Partner (COO)
Ibrahim Jackson works with technology, human resource, and other business leaders to develop and upskill teams of people for next practice leadership in a changing world of work. By providing workshops, coaching, and consulting, with a team of industry experienced professionals, to large-scale enterprises and government agencies, employees are prepared for future opportunities today.
Curtis Robinson
Head of Recruitment & Delivery
Curtis Robinson is Head of Recruiting and Delivery practice at HCM Staffing and Consulting. He works closely with senior leadership and program staff to articulate and carry out the strategic vision of HCM to ensure mutual goals are met between best-in-class resources and best-in-class companies. Prior to HCM, he led the recruitment efforts for a boutique executive search firm specializing in recruitment for the life sciences industry. His expertise is understanding the needs of clients and identifying, vetting, and presenting candidates that are right for senior roles.
Curtis holds a Bachelor of Science degree from St. John’s University. He lives on Long Island, where he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter.
Ravat Bhutani
VP of DEI Offerings and E-Learning Portfolio
Ravat leads the HCM business focused on e-learning products to help large corporations with customer service equality and the improvement of minority workforce metrics. As a second-generation Indian and a 22-year executive, he has contributed considerably to advancing diversity networks within the global companies he has served.
Prior to HCM, he led online learning operations for 160+ hospitals and 170,000+ healthcare workers as the VP of Learning and Development for CommonSpirit Health, America’s largest non-profit healthcare system. Ravat’s passion for developing talented individuals, high-performance teams, and future leaders aligns perfectly with HCM’s philosophy and growth strategy.
Ravat holds a Master of Communications degree from Northwestern University in Evanston IL, a Bachelor of Science degree in Bioengineering from the University of Illinois at Chicago IL, and currently resides in Houston TX.
Thomas Mangano
Client Success Manager
Tom Mangano serves as a Client Success Manager at HCM Staffing and Consulting Group where he joined the team in June of 2021. In his role, Tom focuses on ensuring his clients are receiving the highest level of white glove support, in addition to fostering strong relationships with corporate stakeholders. What attracted Tom to HCM was the opportunity to work for a collaborative organization that is making a significant impact in the staffing field, as well as the ability to be a part of a company committed to social justice. Tom began his career working within higher education, where he fostered dynamic partnerships, reinvented training and development initiatives, as well as developed a passion for servant leadership. Tom resides in the Washington, DC area with his wife and pets.

Onedia White
Recruiting Manager
Onedia joined HCM in 2021 as a Recruiting Manager to lead the delivery strategies for our technology division. Her aim is to find compatibility between clients and candidates that allows her clients to meet their organizational goals as well as her candidates to meet their career aspirations. At her core, Onedia is a problem solver and solution seeker. She is also a published writer who is passionate about diversity & inclusion and seeing industries like technology and places like the C-suite reflect the global community at large.
Chyna Browne
Business & IT Process Coordinator
Here at HCM I, Chyna Browne, am the business process coordinator involved in all the HCM processes from onboarding to placement and contracts. With my role I build out the business process from both the staffing and training development, as well as all technical implementation and vetting. Along with developing the software engineering needs and maintaining IT systems and operations, I oversee relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers. Here at HCM there is a vast amount of other business processes but these are overall the major days to days.

Occhaly Montero
Business support assistant
Occhaly Montero is an experienced C-suite development and works as a assistant to the C-suite. Along with onboarding and background checking for candidates. With polished experience in Government contracts and city Housing, Occhaly draws on her previous experiences to remain resourceful at a moment’s notice. Occhalys is proud to be representation of Latin influence on the diversity team here at HCM.
Felice Liu
Staff Accountant / Junior Accountant
Felice Liu is a staff accountant at HCM in New York. Felice specializes in accounting and is responsible for account receivable. She oversees the account receivable and makes sure the aging report and ledger are accurate. Felice uses her positive attitude and tireless energy to finish the work on time and succeed.
