Ed Bright, as chief executive officer of HCM Staffing and Consulting Group, is committed to continually providing quality services by devoting all of our strengths and resources to enhancing the excellence of our relationships with our clients, candidates and employees.

Ibrahim Jackson, Managing Partner

Ibrahim Jackson brings over 20 years of technology business leadership and professional development experience to the commercial and public sector industries. He’s the Founder and Managing Director of Ubiquitous Preferred Services (a Division of HCM) currently providing Professional Development, Coaching, and Consulting. He previously served as Head of North America for the Leading Edge Forum (LEF), where he worked with C-Level executives to sharpen their strategy, upskill their workforce and bring insights about the impact of emerging and disruptive technologies and practices. Previously, Ibrahim held the position of IT Executive Director of Global Brands at the Fortune 500 cosmetics firm, The Estee Lauder Companies Inc.

Ibrahim strives to support the advancement of Blacks in technology leadership positions from entrepreneurs of start-ups to C-Suite executives of established large-scale enterprises. He facilitates STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Math) programs with an emphasis on emerging technology, to prepare today’s youth and young adults for future opportunities enabled by technology and works hard to drive positive change in communities with underrepresented minorities via outreach programs and financial investments.

With over two decades of experience in business technology management, he holds a BS in Business Management from Kaplan and achieved a Strategic Partnership certification from Wharton. He’s Vice Chairman of the board for Information Technology Senior Management Forum (ITSMF), a founding member and board member of the Business Relationship Management Institute, and an accredited trainer to teach and certify leaders as Business Relationship Management Professionals (BRMP) certifications by APMG International. Lastly, Ibrahim is accredited and certified to assess and train leaders on Emotional Intelligence (EQ).

Ibrahim lives in New York and enjoys spending time with his wife Natasha and his three children, Darion (son), Morgan (daughter), and Jared (son).

Ini Ikpe, Managing Director of Business Development & Strategic Alliances

A highly ambitious and innovative business development and strategic alliance whiz with a knack for cultivating meaningful relationships to maximize value for all parties. A passionate listener and speaker, both written and verbal, with the natural ability to connect with his audience both one-on-one and a large crowd. High level understanding of social media, technology, sales, and customer service makes Ini a Swiss army knife in the staffing industry. Not only is he able to see opportunities where others do not think to look, but he is able to bring the best out of everyone he collaborates with.

As Managing Director of Business Development and Strategic Alliances, Ini is focused on identifying new client partners who want a best in class, staffing supplier, with a proven track record for valuing diversity and inclusion. He works closely with operations and recruiting to ensure that all clients enrolled into the HCM Staffing family have everything they need from one company and can move away from guessing at staffing the best talent. In addition to new client enrollment, you can find Ini networking on behalf of HCM on social media, or partnering with organizations to bring their members dynamic speaking, training, and other relationships that HCM Staffing thinks might accelerate their ability to reach company goals.

Prior to joining HCM, Ini has developed businesses, created marketing, increased sales, ran IT support and customer service call centers, and built referral partnerships in accounting software, mortgage, and merchant services industries, yielding a handful of corporations millions of dollars in ongoing annual revenue to date. His ambition for winning leaves a positive mark on every company’s culture and bottom line he encounters. This unique skillset to breathe life into businesses, projects, and relationships took him from National Account Management positions in sales and staffing to now Managing Director of Business Development and Strategic Alliances at HCM Staffing & Consulting Group.

Luis Valencia, Director Client Success

Luis Valencia is a very energetic bilingual acquisition professional with experience developing and executing recruiting plans for high performance at corporate level and now for HCM Staffing & Consulting Group. Managed all phases of full-cycle recruiting, from initial sourcing and screening through offer and negotiations, placement and onboarding. In-depth knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM, with a proven creative problem-solving mindset record. Technically proficient in MS Office Suite 2016, SQL, Tableau, along with other recruiting software.

Luis holds a Master’s in Business Administration, Human Resources Administration Certification from the school of Business at Fairleigh Dickinson University, multiple trainings in Business Intelligence (Microsoft Power BI) and PM. Luis is currently leading the company’s international operations for business in Latin America and USA. He is an entrepreneur by nature and a creative thinker by heart, he describes his entrepreneurship spirit with such terms as innovative, flexible, dynamic, risk taker, creative, process optimizer and growth oriented. “The first one gets the oyster, the second gets the shell.” – Andrew Carnegie


Jasmin Cox, Sr. Operations Manager

Jasmin Cox is the Sr. Operations Manager of HCM Staffing and Consulting Group currently driving success through client engagement management, contract administration, programming development, and day-to-day management. Before joining HCM, Jasmin held was the Client Relationship Manager & Executive Assistant with 10 Years of Experience in the Industry. After working closely with Directors and Managers Jasmin knows what truly drives Client Relationships, Business Growth, and Employee retention.

Jasmin has studied at Union County College and currently lives in Maplewood, NJ with her Daughter.

Joni Moore, Sr. Diversity Talent Partner

Joni brings 7 years of combined staffing & recruitment experience and 10+ years in technology, which includes agency, corporate recruitment, and corporate staffing for IT and engineering projects, as well as serving as PMO, PM, and client engagement and talent delivery manager for telecom engineering and software engineering teams. Joni has been successful in building and leading high-performing teams and cultivating partnerships with educational institutions for diversity hiring. Joni lives in Atlanta and is originally from Mississippi. She has 2 children, Jayden (22) and Jared (15). In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling and short getaways, adventurous activities, karaoke, listening to music, and exploring her foodie side. She is also, currently training for a bikini fitness competition. Joni is super excited to be a part of the HCM team!

Nathan Mianecki, National Practice Director

Nathan is an industry leader in the Human Capital and Workforce Management industry, with over two decades of large scale enterprise experience. He is well known for building go-to-market strategies for the largest staffing agencies. Nathan is an authority in the staffing industry, building strategies and delivery platforms to advance the talent pipeline of many global brands that you interact with daily. He takes pride in creating custom solutions within the Human Capital and Workforce consulting space. Our customers find him to be a core asset to their teams. His comprehensive knowledge and experience in supporting retail, RPO, MSP, VMS, Dedicated Onsite, and global delivery customers bring the necessary capabilities to power your business with the right people practices.

Morgan Bernichio, Managing Director Resource Engagement

Morgan provides us with 10 years of IT Resource Delivery experience. With a decade of experiences supporting the largest Integrators she offers a specialized service in Application Development and Network Infrastructure processionals. Morgan has an in-depth understanding of the consulting world and can bring Consultant level professionals to the table for our customers. She has extensive experience implementing solutions within IT Delivery by providing customer centric niche services dedicated to the delivery of quality, cost effectiveness, ccontract labor and human capital solutions. Morgan is a respected Manager with quality leadership skills managing onshore and offshore teams delivering fast quality, and effective, efficient delivery management.
